1. Reasonably select the rated power of natural gas steam boiler and the number of boilers according to the amount of steam required for industrial production. The higher the matching degree between these two situations and the actual use, the smaller the smoke loss and the more obvious the energy saving.

2. Full contact between fuel and air: let the right amount of fuel and the right amount of air constitute the optimal ratio for combustion, which can not only improve the combustion efficiency of the fuel, but also reduce the emission of polluting gases, and achieve the goal of double energy saving.

3. Reduce the flue gas temperature of the natural gas steam boiler: reduce the flue gas temperature of the boiler and effectively use the waste heat generated in the flue gas. The efficiency of the commonly used boiler is 85-88%, and the flue gas temperature is 220-230 ℃. If an energy-saving device is installed to utilize exhaust heat, the exhaust temperature will drop to 140-150 ℃, and the boiler efficiency can be increased to 90-93%.

4. Recycle the heat of boiler waste water: use the heat in the continuous waste water through heat exchange to increase the feed water temperature of the itch water to achieve the purpose of energy saving of natural gas steam boiler.
